I graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Business Administration major (emphases in accounting and marketing) and Digital Information Systems minor.

My passion and curiosity around design was from observing and interacting with numerous digital and non-digital interfaces in my every day life. I love to comment on and share digital applications that I enjoy using and have a delightful UX — just as much as I like to rant about interfaces that give me a hard time.

My design journey developed and my passion intensified during my time as a Tax Consultant @ Deloitte. I understand the frustrations of using outdated, clunky tax software from firsthand experience. Moreover, it turned out to be a shared experience among my colleagues (trauma bonding during busy season). It made me wonder, "How would I redesign the interface?"

I am incessantly intrigued by the intersection between business, technology, and design. Currently, I architect IT solutions as a Tech Specialist @ UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business.
